Class Size & Scheduling

All classes are capped at 12 people to ensure:

  • Individual attention

  • Proper coaching and safety

  • A high-quality experience for everyone

Even one person over the cap changes the experience and isn’t fair to fellow members.

Community Guidelines (How We Keep It Awesome)

⏰ Timing

  • Please arrive on time and not TOO EARLY.

  • Avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early. We need the prep time in between classes to set up and we need a break in between sessions as well.

  • And above all, don't be too late! Being a little late here and there by 5-10 minutes, that's totally ok and understandable. Im talking about 15+ minutes late, please, for the love of g-d reschedule your session for another time of day so it doesn't disrupt the flow for everyone else in the class.

    ❌ Cancellations

  • Cancel at least 1 hour before class

  • Late cancels or no-shows incur a $10 fee

Hygiene

Deodorant is required- Had to be said, you'd be shocked! Just don't come to the gym smelling like you haven't showered in a week.

Clean gym attire that doesn't have an unpleasant fragrance appreciated by everyone

While on fragrances, please refrain from drenching yourself in cologne or perfume. No one needs a migraine because you wanted to wear your favorite fragrance to the gym. No one appreciates it. Just sayin.

️‍♂️ Equipment Etiquette

Please re-rack and return all weights and equipment.

Coaches coach — they don’t collect weights

If you lifted it, you can put it back.

Kids & Pets

  • No children (12 and under) or pets in training or waiting areas for any reason during PEAK HOURS 5:30 am -10:15 am, 12:15-1:15pm and 4:30pm. Please have other arrangements.

  • No pets allowed (we love animals, we just aren't allowed to have them within our facility.)
    This keeps everyone safe and focused.


Billing & Membership Terms

  • All memberships and sessions must be paid prior to attendance.

  • Spots cannot be held without payment.

  • All charges are non-refundable after the billing date

Membership Cancellation

  • Requires 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle

  • Requests within 30 days apply to the following cycle

  • No refunds are issued after cancellation notice is submitted.


Final Thought

You don’t need to be fit to belong here.
You just need to show up — we’ll meet you where you are.

Ask questions. Take breaks. Push when you’re ready.
