At Steel Fitness, we offer a structured, progressive training program tailored individuals who are dedicated and serious about making that giant leap into the realm of fitness. At Steel Fitness, we focus on building your strength, mobility, and your functional fitness in a supportive and motivating environment. Our strength training sessions are small-group based( up to 10) , ensuring personalized attention while fostering community and accountability. Below is our class schedule, designed to accommodate busy lifestyles while providing the consistency needed for lasting results. Also this membership includes not just access to all Functional Strength Training days but also unlimited access to all the GET SHREDDED Sessions as well which is our hyped up version of a cardio session and yes its great for beginners!
Class Schedule:
- STRENGTH TRAINIING Monday: 5:30 AM, 6:40 PM, 8 AM, 9:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 4:30PM
- Get Shredded: Tuesday: 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 12:15 pm Strength training sessions 4:30pm-5:30pm
- STRENGTH TRAINIING Wednesday : 5:30 AM, 6:40 PM, 8 AM, 9:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 4:30PM
- Get Shredded Thursday: 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 12:15 pm Strength training sessions 4:30pm-5:30pm
- STRENGTH TRAINING Friday : 5:30 AM, 6:40 PM, 8 AM, 9:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 4:30PM
- GET SHREDDED Saturday: 8:00 AM & 9:15 AM (Weekend Warrior Session)
